1. No purchase necessary. 2. Participants must be a resident of the UK. 3. Participants under 16 years old must obtain parental permission and guidance to enter. 4. The prize is 1x copy of each of the 20 shortlisted books featured above. 5. To enter you must cast a vote for the Nation’s Favourite Book by clicking on the book you wish to vote for, entering your name and email address and clicking ‘Send My Vote’. 6. This competition will run between 31/03/17 – 30/04/17. Votes will be accepted up until midnight 30th April 2017. 7. The winner will be chosen at random. 8. All qualifying entries will be considered. 9. The winner will be notified via email. 10. The winner will be notified within 10 working days of their name being drawn. The winner must claim their prize within 5 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. 11. WHSmith will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period. 12. WHSmith employees are welcome to cast their vote but will not be considered to win any prizes. 13.
