Read Tom’s Review:

For people who like Captain Underpants.

This book is a little different to the others in my bookclub. It’s sort of a graphic novel which basically means it’s a comic, which basically means it’s a cool story told with a load of really awesome drawings. Yeah, that’s right, DRAWINGS!

Now, let’s be honest, reading a book can be hard sometimes and some are just snorefests. SO, if you want to feel smart and tell all your mates that you read a proper book all you have to do is look at these awesome drawings about a half-dog, half-man super cop and enjoy the genius that is DOG MAN. You’re welcome!

Favourite quote:
Soon everybody forgot about reading and people started getting really dumb!!!

P.S. graphic novels are totally still proper books, don’t let anyone say otherwise!

PARENTS – here’s another one I recommend for less confident readers. Loads of great illustrations and a great fun story from the creator of Captain Underpants.
