- 1 large handful Spinach
- ¼ medium Pineapple (peeled)
- ¼ medium Cucumber
- 1 Lime (peeled)
- 3 cm Broccoli stem
- 6 Pea Pods (fresh not cooked/frozen)
- ½ medium Avocado (ripe)
- 1 heaped teaspoon Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 x tablespoon Mixed Seeds (i.e. sunflower, pumpkin, chia)
- 3 Ice cubes

Juice the apples, spinach, pineapple, cucumber, lime, broccoli and peas. Pour the juice into the blender; add the avocado flesh, hemp protein powder, mixed seeds, ice and blend.
