  2. 1 Apple (Golden Delicious or Gala)
  3. 1 large handful Spinach
  4. ¼ medium Pineapple (peeled)
  5. ¼ medium Cucumber
  6. 1 Lime (peeled)
  7. 3 cm Broccoli stem
  8. 6 Pea Pods (fresh not cooked/frozen)
  9. ½ medium Avocado (ripe)
  10. 1 heaped teaspoon Hemp Protein Powder
  11. 1 x tablespoon Mixed Seeds (i.e. sunflower, pumpkin, chia)
  12. 3 Ice cubes

PROTEIN RICH POWERHOUSE (Days 1, 9, 15, 23)

Jason has shared his ‘protein rich powerhouse’ juice recipe, which features on four days throughout the 28 day plan, to demonstrate what we can expect to find in his new book. Not just to be enjoyed as part of the juicing plan, this juice can be enjoyed on its own for a quick health boost.

Method

Juice the apples, spinach, pineapple, cucumber, lime, broccoli and peas. Pour the juice into the blender; add the avocado flesh, hemp protein powder, mixed seeds, ice and blend.
