Chris Evans Introduces His New Book Call the Midlife Transcript
This is my latest book, because I’ve written others, this is called Call the Midlife and it’s about 100 days of me not drinking, it’s about 100 days of me consequently thinking, and it’s about 100 days of me preparing secretly – in secret – for the London Marathon.
Part one is me going to the experts concerning what I’m thinking about; health, drinking, marriage, sex, love, death, religion, spirituality, sleep, money, success, work, happiness.
Part two is the Marathon diary, the secret Marathon diary, me training for a marathon in secret.

For me, from now on, I will use the passing of each of my own calendar years as an opportunity to take stock of how far I’ve traveled and developed in the last twelve months. I shall use all that information as a guide to how I can be a better person for myself and therefore everyone I’m involved with and has to put up with me everyday until I die.
