Adult colouring has been keeping our Sunday afternoons busy for months, and we don’t mean to brag but we’re getting pretty darn good at keeping within the lines now. So good in fact that we’re starting to think about other things such as shading, colour combinations and even incorporating our own patterns into the designs. Almost as if all this creativity has made us a bit more creative!
Well now that we’ve mastered some of our favourite adult colouring books, we’ve been looking for something a little more challenging to keep our hobby interesting and progressive. Whether it’s hidden items within the designs, advice on shading and basic art techniques or simply extra detail that requires a little more care and attention to colour, there are plenty of different methods out there that books have employed to make colouring a little more challenging.
